2. Personal data processed and purposes

Contact and assessment forms

We process the information submitted via our forms (name, company, email, phone, role, message) to respond to enquiries and assess whether our services fit your needs. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Data is transferred to our HubSpot CRM.

Quiz / model assessment

If you choose to email your quiz results, we process your email address and answers to provide a service recommendation. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address above.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage only if you have given consent via the cookie banner. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Recipients of personal data

Data is transferred to the following systems:

  • HubSpot, Inc. (USA) — CRM. Transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC, Commission Decision 4 June 2021) and HubSpot's Data Processing Agreement. See HubSpot Privacy Policy.
  • Google LLC (USA) — analytics (consent only). Transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention

Personal data related to enquiries is retained for up to 3 years from the last contact or end of the client relationship. Consent-based data is deleted when consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data
  • request correction of inaccurate data
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • restrict processing of your data
  • data portability
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The competent authority in Finland is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi/en).

7. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (session management). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only after consent via the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
